There are all kinds of certifications for pumps. What is their difference?

1) What is the difference between:

   A) "Factory Performance Test Report (Q/H)" and the more expensive 

RE = In this case, the report is about the complete working curve of the pump according to the stated standard.

   B) "Pump Performance Certificate"? 

RE = In this case, the certificate states that the tested pump provides the declared performances.

I see it says "no pump curves are given". Does that mean that (A) only does a spot check on one or two points? 

2) I see there is the clause "do not include the third party institute or entity cost which have to be accounted separately if required."

Are there common third-party testing institutions that you offer for testing? What would be testing costs be for the above pumps? 

RE = Yes, there are but they depend on the type of certification you want to get.

So, there are dedicated people for the TȔV certification, other people for the SGS certification, and so on.

All of them are recorded in a special European Register.
